Gratitude and happiness are choices. By affirming this in the morning, you condition your mind to focus on the positives rather than dwelling on negativity.

Here are a few things I am grateful daily!

 

Tip: Before getting out of bed, take a deep breath and list three things you’re grateful for. Then say this affirmation aloud.
